Gratuity
Gratuity is appreciated but never required. Reviews, referrals, and returning clientele are more meaningful to us!

Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled without a fee as long as there is 6-hour notice. Last-minute cancellations or rescheduled services will incur a non-refundable 10% fee of the service price. Fees will be applied as a non-refundable deposit to rescheduled services. No-shows will incur a non-refundable 25% fee of the service price. All fees will be automatically charged to the method of payment on file.
I am very lenient with my policies, and I am understanding of situations that may affect your arrival. All I ask is that you notify me as soon as possible to reach a solution.

Refill Appointments

35-minute refills are recommended to be booked no more than 11 days past previous appointment.
60-minute refills are recommended to be booked no more than 18 days past previous appointment.
75-minute refills must be booked no more than 28 days past previous appointment.
Please keep in mind that if appointments are booked past the recommended time frame, optimal fullness cannot be guaranteed. It is always better to book a longer appointment if you are not sure, as it can be switched to a shorter appointment if needed. Anything past 28 days will be a full set.

Appointment Preparation

Avoid caffeine for at least 12 hours before your appointment. Caffeine consumption will lead to fluttery eyelids and increases your risk of injury and/or chemical burn. For an efficient and safe service, please avoid caffeine.

Dress comfortably! This is your time to relax and unwind. Avoid any hairstyles or hair accessories that can cause discomfort when laying down for 1-2 hours.

Please arrive with no makeup on, as makeup residue can affect the application of the extensions. For best results and an efficient service, please avoid eye makeup (including any concealer or foundation around the eyes and especially waterproof mascara) for at least 24 to 48 hours before your appointment.

If you wear contact lenses, it is highly recommended to remove them before the service. If you have chronic dry eye, it is recommended to use non-medicated hydrating eye drops prior to the service.

Please attempt to arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment start time in case you need to use the restroom before the service.

For facial services: Please avoid any forms of exfoliation for at least 72 hours prior to your appointment if receiving a dermaplaning service or exfoliation during a facial.

Payments
I accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, and cash — though cash is preferred. Cards are required to be put on file for appointment security purposes. You will not be charged at the time of booking and can choose any form of accepted payment at checkout.

Vagaro PayLater
VPL must be set up online by the client and not in studio. Learn more about VPL here.

Product Returns
Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of purchasing.

Fix Appointments
Fix appointments can be offered within the first 5 days after your appointment if any issues arise. Please contact me as soon as possible at mnlashnj@gmail.com or text (862) 348-0142.
